One run to remember

 It's been an interesting week. Training wise, all OK- I think! The weather has been decent, we oculd use the garden with the new grass - divine!  Kids broke for half term, and here I am in Kidzania, all redundant whilst they do their play, and with a moment to myself. But I wanted to talk about something else, something more substantial than that. Everyone that runs knows that it is a time for oneself, good endorphins, good superpowers after, headspace during it, fitness building, wellbeing all over. Everyoen that doesn't run knows that mental health is helped by exercise in general. But this past  week has been a week in which that point has been brought home yet one more time beautifully to me. Infact, I am a little teary about it, but in a good way.  As things go, coincidence weaves in its long twirly tails and finds Tara and me in a week of - trying to be as cryptic but as concise as possible - in a particularly different mood than usual. The rainy Jumble Sale

 Last Sunday the Jumble Trail happened! It was a rainy day, that kind of drizzly day that seems stuck in twilight zone, with periodically strong showers We started off well, even before the 11am advertised starting time, whilst we were still unloading the boxes and setting up the shop. A few ladies came immediately, rummaged through our stuff, and picked up some toys and clothes. Helped with our confidence! Then we have the passing traffic, with the kids yanking at the parents to start digging through the toys positionned strategically at the front . We had Tara being a natural at talking to people and having them pick up some stuff, and tried really hard to not have plastered over my face the thought of 'Please buy this sh*t, we gotta make money, pretty please think it's nice and buy some'. My plants did well, and thye're the only ones I felt  reluctant to let go - they're my babies, grown from seed! However, still about 50 tomatoes plants left, and I am trying to
